Fall has gone and winter has arrived

This was our beautiful tree in our front yard last week. The bright red leaves lasted about 5 days. Now the leaves are turning brown and quickly falling. We had a cold day today with sleet and snow. Lakyn doesn't quite understand why we are not going outside every day anymore.


Lakyn playing dress up. After wanting to put her cowgirl boots on, Lakyn found the poodle skirt that Tatum wore on Halloween and put it on too. She then found her purse and started saying bye, bye. Guess she thought she was going shopping. Later, she danced for us in the poodle skirt while Jason played the Guitar Hero.

Here is our little Tatum playing. She has been on some acid reflux medicine for a couple weeks now and seems much happier. She is starting to smile much more. She can still scream with some gas pains, but we are happy that the screaming is only a few times a day now instead of all day. Tatum had a good two month check up. She now weighs 11 pounds 2 ounces and has grown an inch and a half. She still has her hair (Lakyn had lost every piece of hair by this point). She might end up being a thumb sucker. She takes her pacifier pretty often but when she doesn't have it, she starts sucking on her hands and eventually finds her thumb.
