Merry Christmas!!!

We had a wonderful Christmas. Jason had to go to work on the 23rd of December so we had half of our Christmas on Saturday the 22nd. Jason's parents arrived on Friday. We first enjoyed the snow and cold and toured Henry Ford Greenfield Village. We got to see many old houses decorated for Christmas and enjoyed learning about our history including touring Thomas Edison's laboratory. We then came home and warmed up with turkey and many other yummy things. We let Lakyn open half her presents that night. She really enjoyed tearing the bows off all the presents and became a pro at ripping paper. Guess we can't get mad at her if she rips a magazine to pieces since we taught her how to do it.

Jason left Sunday and his sister, Jennifer arrived Christmas Eve. We stayed up late playing Bingo with gag gifts. Thankfully Lakyn sleeps late and we woke up at 9 on Christmas to open the remaining gifts. Lakyn was very spoiled by all of her grandparents this year!

We hope all of you had a wonderful Christmas also!!!

Christmas Eve. Gidget couldn't stay awake while we played Bingo into the late hours of the night.
