We bought a year pass to the zoo, and have enjoyed it a few times now. We had a pass to the Detroit zoo last year which we really enjoyed too. The Detroit zoo had more animals to look at but the kids love the Nashville zoo. The Nashville has a petting zoo with goats which Tatum and Lakyn both loved being up close to the animals. It also has a huge playground which would be easy to lose your child in, and it also has a carousel and an old farm with some farm animals. We think the yearly passes are definitely worth it.

Can you still ride the elephants there?
I don't think so. That would have been fun though!
